Tony believes in keeping his workshops as practically based as possible. Allowing both beginners and advanced underwater photographers to interact together enables a better understanding of the principles of underwater photographer and helps students to learn from others more effectively. Emphasis is place on sharing experiences, techniques and creativity rather than the structured learning curve of a "course" and the "tell me" sit down in the class room method which he feels inhibits students learning.
